Policies, Code of Conduct, Terms and Conditions

In consideration of your use of the Brant Figure Skating Club (BFSC) services, you hereby agree that the services are provided to you under the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on the Brant Figure Skating Club website or by contacting the club directly.

As used in this agreement, "services" refers to the offerings provided by the Brant Figure Skating Club (BFSC). These services currently include providing users with access to information regarding various skating programs, camps, events, and other club activities, as well as the ability to register and pay for these programs online. As used in this agreement, "registrant" means the person designated to participate in the program or event.

By using this service, you certify that you are at least 18 years old. If the person you are registering for a program or event with the Brant Figure Skating Club (BFSC) is under 18 years old, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the registrant.

By registering for a program with the Brant Figure Skating Club (BFSC), you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when such information is requested. The information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Upon completing the signup process with the Brant Figure Skating Club (BFSC), you will receive a password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your password or account.

You agree to immediately notify the BFSC of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. The BFSC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

On behalf of yourself, the registrant, and the registrant’s parents or guardians, you hereby release and discharge the Brant Figure Skating Club (BFSC) and its Related Parties from all claims made on behalf of yourself, the registrant, and the registrant’s parents or guardians (and the executors, heirs, administrators, and assigns of all such parties) against all claims, demands, judgments, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to the registrant’s participation in a program.

Further, you agree to indemnify and hold the BFSC and its Related Parties harmless from all such claims, demands, judgments, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) made by any third party arising out of or relating to the registrant’s participation in an event.

For the purposes of this section, "Related Parties" means the Brant Figure Skating Club and its directors, officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and other partners.

The Brant Figure Skating Club (BFSC) shall not be responsible for any loss of property, illness, damage, or injuries to persons, however caused, including participants, while on the premises of the BFSC or during any club-related activities or events.

Participants and their guardians assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold the BFSC harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from such activities.
